Keeping you FIT & SAFE @ Fitology
Dear FIT friends,
We pride ourselves on offering you safe and effective workouts every day and are committed to making our studio a place where you feel comfortable exercising. We have always cleaned and disinfected all communal spaces on a daily basis as a matter of course. However, given the growing concern about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking additional measures to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff. Below you will find a list of what we are doing to keep the studio clean and sanitized, as well as suggestions for what you can do to help keep the FIT community healthy.
WHAT WE ARE DOING
Fully cleaning the entire studio once a day, as usual
Providing additional disinfectant spray for you to use on the equipment
Rotating towels after every class
Disinfecting knobs and handlebars of bikes every day
Wiping down surfaces in the bathrooms and common spaces with more frequency during the day using disinfectant spray
Offering more hand sanitizer around the studio for your use
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Use disinfectant spray on studio equipment before and after use
Bring your own mat to BODYFLOW & CXWORX
Wash your hands for 20 second immediately before and after using equipment
Take advantage of hand sanitizer around the studio
Sneeze or cough into your elbow if you don’t have a tissue handy
Avoid touching your face
Do not come to the studio if you feel sick
If you are worried about coming to the studio, the Les Mills On Demand app offers a free trial and features plenty of non-equipment workout options: https://signup.lesmillsondemand.com/digital/.
If we need to cancel classes, we notify all our members via email. As of now, our schedule remains unaffected and classes will carry on as usual. If you have any questions at all, please email Jen DiNallo at jen@fitology542.com.
As ever, thank you all so much for everything you do to make FITOLOGY a supportive group fitness community. And remember: over-exercising reduces your immune system, while a healthy amount will keep you strong. So whatever you do, keep moving—and get adequate rest and nutrition.
Together in health and wellness,
