Virtual Class Descriptions

We are ecstatic to bring you some of your favorite Les Mills classes by your favorite FIT instructors, beginning Sunday, April 5. In addition, we have added some non-LM classes! Check out our descriptions below so you know what to expect!


Yoga (60-min)

This 60 min yoga practice combines several yoga styles to provide opportunities to build warmth in the body and to link movement and breath to ground in the present moment. If you have ever wanted more instruction on some BODYFLOW poses, this class is a great for you! Grab a mat (or towel) & a pillow (off your couch or bed) and meet Jill in yoga! Jill is a certified yoga teacher (YTT-200). You will end your practice feeling renewed, physically and mentally.

Cardio HIIT (30-min)

A fun way to tackle your cardio workouts with 30 minutes of high-intensity interval training. No equipment needed! Just make sure you have a bit of space to move.

Strength HIIT (30-min)

Have some hand weights or a couple of cans of tomato sauce? Perfect! Join us for high-intensity interval training focused on strength!

TABATA (30-min)

Push yourself as hard as you can for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. This is one set. You'll complete eight sets of each exercise. And then we will do it again! Sound like fun?

All you will need is some space to move, and maybe a few hand weights/dumbbells (but not mandatory for participation!).

Strength & Stretch (45-min)

This workout is all about strength: Get lean, build strength and tone muscle. Strength exercises will be followed by a stretching segment, so you feel strong, long, and lean as you complete this workout!

Cardio & Core (45-min)

This workout puts your body through its paces testing your core and challenging your cardiovascular fitness. All you have to do is show up!
