FITOLOGY offers unlimited LES MILLS™ group fitness classes that harness the energy of many for a truly motivating and totally addictive workout experience that will get you results.
In addition, all LES MILLS instructors are certified and trained through the New Zealand-based company in the five key elements that help them transform lives – choreography, technique, coaching, connection and fitness magic.
Many of the FITOLOGY instructors have certifications in multiple programs and a few have more than 10 years of experience with LES MILLS! You will not find that level of professionalism and experience anywhere in town. We promise that our instructors will ease you through the workout if you are a beginner, or challenge you to push the limit if you are a fitness enthusiast.stay committed. It will also ensure that you have weights, a bench or a bike when you arrive.
And do not forget to reserve a spot. Now you do not have to worry if there will be space when you arrive at the studio. Our online software allows you to enroll for any class with equipment such as BodyPump™, BodyStep™, GRIT™ or RPM™. Planning your weekly classes will help you keep track of your workouts and stay committed. It will also ensure that you have weights, a bench or a bike when you arrive.
LES MILLS GRIT
Les Mills GRIT™ series is a 30-minute interval session with 3 different formats: cardio, plyo, and strength. It is designed for people who demand an extreme and efficient workout using the scientifically proven technique of high intensity training.
It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results. The 30 minutes combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort.
BODYSTEP™ is the energizing cardio workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the bench you reach intensity peaks from inspiring tunes and challenging circuits.
THE TRIP™ is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, THE TRIP takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.
LES MILLS BARRE™ is a modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, it's a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.
CXWORX™ is a core workout for the muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It combines the best of personal training with the energy of a group fitness class, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.
RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.
BODYPUMP™, the original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body! It is one of the world's fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl. BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.
BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.
BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centered and calm.
